They’ve been incredibly responsive, and Nick was amazing. He was very patient and helpful, and he earned my trust very quickly. My wife even loved him, which is a rare thing!

ben is a master at plumbing - I'm not just talking about fixing my pipes but at how to relate to a person who didn't know much about plumbing. He knew exactly what went wrong and how to find the pipe that had faltered. What was so great, he knew how important it was to explain in a way I could easily understand what went wrong and why. He also knew to make sure I checked with my insurance before he started working. And completely unrelated to my issue.

We've used Plentify Plumbing twice now. The first time for a leaky bathtub faucet and the second time to replace our busted water heater. We were especially grateful that Nick was able to come out to get us set up with a new water heater the very same day that we called! He updates us to let us know when he is on his way and is always very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
